Welcome to my Blog!

I have been wanting to create a blog for along time. Jairo is growing up and I am not getting any younger. I will have to start to get things written before I forget. I have been an avid blog reader for sometime now. I love reading something well written. Maybe so of it would rub off on me but I don't count on it. My goal is to document our family's life. It is so ever changing but at the same time it remains the same. My baby who was just born yesterday is turning 3 this month. Time goes buy too fast. As soon as I get me keyboard replaced on my laptop I hope I will be on my way to at least a weekly blog. Yes, Jairo riped 12 keys of it! That is not the worse part. He dropped them one by one into the door frame with took me hours to get out so I can send the laptop to manufacturer with all the parts so the warranty will cover it. I also hope to get some previous dates posted too. I was just logging off but I deiced not to procrastinate any longer. I am now going to bed since I have a busy week ahead. Comuter crashed at the office with no backup available! Someone maybe in big trouble for this one. Lets see if I can get the info from the old harddrive. Jairo's Birthday plans are in the making. I have no idea what I am going to do. I am partied out! I have been to too many Birthay parties, Weddings and other social events in the last 30 days. Who knows? Anyone have an idea? Let me know. I am thinking simple this birthday. Lets see how the stress levels are doing by the end of this week.

Aristides' Wedding

Today was Aristides wedding. Everything was very nice. The church was on 129 Iglesia Bethania and the reception was at Camuy Club de Leones. We had a very nice time. Ivy's son Kevin is Jairo's age. Melanine is 6 years old and is Jairo's idol. On our way to the reception I stopped to buy Jairo a toy so he could play with to keep him entertained since he was running up and down the isle at the church with Kevin. I got him a set of 20 hotwheel cars. Little did I know they would be used as flying objects at the reception. Jairo was the life of the party.

Election Day and Motercycle Ride

Election Day! Obama for President! We can not vote for the president of the U.S. president but I sure wanted him to win. His speak was hair staning. That is what the United States needs. As for Puerto Rico, we voted for Luis Fotuno,PNP and Hector Rafael, PPD. Fortuno won! Hector Rafael lost. I guess I be helping Anibal Acevedo Vila move as soon as possible. Too bad Lemuel Soto won. We need a new mayor but I will have to wait another 4 years. I ofered my PNP con Hector Rafael shirt to Jaime so he can use it to wash the car. Then I thought again. I can use it in 4 years from now! Lets see what happens. We went to Ramiro's house so Jairo could ride around the yard with Jaime. He loved it. He had a great time!

Jennifer's 31st Birthday

Today is my 31st birthday. Jairo sang 100 times. We went to eat burritos and buy a movie. We are going to be partying all weekend. Counrty Club on Friday and my "suprise" party on Saturday. I hope I can rest some on Sunday. It was a Happy birthday for sure!

PNP con Hector Rafael

Como todos saben soy PNP! Tan PNP que si me cortas la sangre me sale azul. En estos tiempos tan difíciles no se puede dar un voto popular. Hay que sacar a nuestro gobernador Aníbal Acevedo Vila de la Fortaleza aunque el pobrecito dice que no tiene casa. Pero yo pienso que hay una excepción en el pueblo de Arecibo. El alcalde Lemuel Soto PNP no sirve! Este hombre no ha hecho nada en Arecibo en los últimos cuatro anos. Lo único que ha hecho es hacer hijos con secretarias aun estando casado. También tengo mi guerra personal con él sobre todas las mentiras que dice del cuido que él les provee a los animales en el Albergue de Arecibo, mejor llamado un matadero. El alega que tiene cuido medico y comida para estos animales cuando esto está bien lejos de la verdad. Después de hacer una GRAN Inauguración las cosas siguen iguales. Lo único que hacen ahora es matar cientos de perros sin darles una oportunidad para ser adoptados. En otro blog les comento mas sobre esta situación.
El Lcdo. Héctor Rafael Romeo es mejor candidato para este puesto. Jaime me dice que el estudio en la escuela elemental con el aunque Jaime le lleva 3 anos. Lo brincaron de grado 2 veces. Esto solamente te debe decir algo. El es un hombre bien inteligente. Solamente compara la educación de los dos. Héctor Rafael es abogado y Lemuel era conserje. Me parece increíble que obtuvo este puesto hacen 4 anos. Ahora gano las primarias porque eran tres candidatos Los otros dos Kuko Ramos y Carlos Molina tenían casi la misma cantidad que tenía Lemuel. Los electores se dividieron en tres partes y gano Lemuel por par de votos. Triste pero cierto. Si no fuera por eso Lemuel no hubiese llegado a donde llego. Ahora mi meta es que gane otro candidato. No pienso votar por Johnny por write in así que mi otra opción es Héctor Rafael. Piénsalo!
